Additional Information: | 2015- "Constructed of red, stretcher bricks, this one-story, Ranch house (AHl #230690) is sheltered with a hipped roof covered with asphalt shingles. All windows have concrete sills. The structure's primary block is to the left (northeast). The main entrance is at the right (southwest) of this block. The small porch in front has three steps and is surrounded by a modest metal railing. The entrance itself is sheltered by a small, gabled dormer, beneath which is a round arch that is flanked by fluted columns. A stylized sunburst crowns the door frame and is set within the round arch. To the left of the door is a six-over-nine light, double-hung window, to the left of which is a projecting bay with canted corners, each of which has one, six-over-nine light, double-hung window. The bay's primary opening is a single-pane picture window. To the right (southwest) of the main block projects a wing that is set back in two steps. The first claims two, centered, six-over-nine-light windows while the second claims three, six-over-six light windows. The southwest endwall has two sets of three, symmetrically placed, six-over-six-light windows. The northeast endwall has three individual windows, all symmetrically positioned. A three-flue chimney straddles the roof as the wings project west.
Southeast of the house and at the end of the driveway is a one-and-one-half story, stucco-sheathed, side-gabled garage with an overhead door and a centered, gabled-roof dormer (AHI #230695). Slightly angled and projecting to the north is a one-story, single-car garage addition with a shallow gable roof.
Records suggest that this house was built in 1950. The present owners have no phone number. Nor did they respond to mail sent or a property visit."
