Additional Information:Constructed in 1967, this building featured offices for ten physicians, as well as a clinical laboratory.

2015- "This one-to-two-story, Contemporary-style office building has a flat roof. The building features a pebble dash exterior resting upon a brick, raised-basement base. Its primary (north) fa9ade exhibits a large metal-frame-and-glass entrance in the center of the elevation. Regularly spaced, vertically oriented openings containing metal windows framed by opaque panels are found on each elevation. Additional fenestration consists of horizontally oriented, fixed sash at the raised-basement level."
