NOTES
Additional Information:2016- "This 2-story vernacular house was constructed c.1895 and was converted to a funeral home in the mid-twentieth century. It is rectangular in plan with brick and vinyl siding and an asphalt-shingled clipped-gable roof. The building is comprised of the original 2-story front-gabled mass and a 1-story, mid-century addition projecting from the east elevation. The front elevation faces south and is dominated by a full-width, 1-story, flat-roofed porch with brick porch walls and supports. The porch shelters a front door with a narrow sidelight and two banks of three 1-over-1 windows. Opposite the front door is a shallow set of wide concrete steps that are accessed by a wide concrete sidewalk. A large built-in planter projects from the eastern end of the porch wall. The second story of the building’s primary facade contains three regularly-spaced 1-over-1 windows. Both side elevations of the 2-story mass are clad in vinyl siding and contain 1-over-1 windows. The east elevation of the 1-story addition is clad in brick veneer and contains three regularly-spaced window openings, all of which contain small 1-over-1 replacement windows with vinyl siding filling in the remaining original window opening. The building has recently been divided into four separate residential units with no apparent on-site office. Its interior was not available for viewing at the time of survey. However, according to the realtor managing the sale of the property, each unit has been “completely renovated.”"
