Additional Information:This two-story Contemporary apartment building was constructed in 1967. It is rectangular in plan with brick cladding at the first story, board-and-batten siding at the second story, and an asphalt-shingled gable roof. The south, street-facing elevation contains one-over-one windows and sliding glass doors at intervals along the length of the first story; their placement is mirrored by one-over-one windows and sliding glass doors at the second story with wood-framed balconies projecting at each pair of sliding glass doors.
