"This two-story front gabled residence (c. 1900), which also used to contain Stumbris Plumbing and Heating, is a vernacular interpretation of the Queen Ann style. The house is front-gabled and is clad in clapboard. A porch supported on Doric columns and with a central pediment runs the full width of the first story. The modern metal front door is off center, and a large modern window is also present on the first story. A pair of 2/2 double hung windows is centered on the second story. The house retains its original window surrounds as well as the decorative shinglework in the front gable." Resurveyed 2013. No visible alterations. |
