Additional Information:2016 - This two-story industrial loft has an ornate south facade with stone trim, a polygonal central bay, and round-arch wows with small columns. The building rests on a rock faced ashlar foundation, and has cream brick walls and a flat roof with cornice. The east elevation has a freight door, elevator tower, and enclosed side stairway. Most windows are boarded over, although original metal sash remain on the west elevation; a one-story concrete block addition extends on the west.
