Additional Information:2016 - Large, two-story industrial complex with little to no detail. Some of the building is covered in standing seam metal siding. 2020 - This large astylistic utilitarian industrial building was constructed in phases beginning c. 1950 with the northern portion of the building (the portion along Hampton Avenue) constructed c.1980. It is irregular in plan with concrete block walls and a flat roof. The building contains vehicular bays with overhead metal doors at various locations as well as elevated pedestrian doors accessed via sets of metal steps that run parallel to the face of the building. The north face of the building (running parallel to the railroad tracks) contains no fenestration. The building is currently home to Milwaukee Lead Works, which was established in 1920 but didn't move to this location until c 1950. 2024 - No change
