Additional Information:2016 - The c.1940 Heil Co. factory is a production shed with a two-story tower with central loading bay door and roofline monitor and sawtooth roof on either side. The brick walls feature Moderne concrete accents on corner pilasters, and the building retains original metal safety glass windows in long bands throughout.
