NOTES
Additional Information:2016- "This c.1900, two-story, frame house has a rectangular plan and displays modest Queen Anne influences, such as the irregular roof, massing, and flared detail between stories on the side elevation. The gable-on-hip roof is covered in asphalt shingles, and the walls are clad in vinyl siding. A historic porch on the front (east) facade appears to have been removed. A projecting gable roof two-story bay on the side (south) elevation features has cutaway corners beneath a pair of replacement windows on the second story. The front facade features a main entrance flanked by a wood, single-pane, fixed-sash picture window with narrow sidelights and transom, and a wood, multi-light, fixed-sash window. The remaining windows are vinyl, one-over-one, double-hung sash with simple wood surrounds."
