Additional Information:2016- "This two-story gable ell house was built c.1880. It is clad in brick and rests on a stucco-covered foundation. The roof is covered in asphalt shingles and has a wide eave overhang with modern vinyl soffits. Windows are downsized, modern, vinyl, six-over-six, double-hung sash; they sit in tall arched brick surrounds with sunburst motifs above and wood sills below. Entrances are located on the side (south) elevation and front (east) facade; the area surrounding the modern front entrance is clad in vinyl siding and flanked by vinyl six-over-six windows. A one-story c.1900 addition sheathed in vinyl siding extends from the rear (west) elevation of the house."
