NOTES
Additional Information:A 'site file' exists for this property. It contains additional information such as correspondence, newspaper clippings, or historical information. It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office. 2016- "This two-story commercial vernacular building was built c.1910. Clad in cream brick, its foundation is not visible and it has a flat roof. Fenestration on the front (west) facade and side (south) elevation consists of downsized sliding and glass block windows; a large window at the center of the facade has a metal awning above. Decorative details include brick pilasters and corbelling along the facade, including elaborate corbelled brick at the cornice. Horizontal bands of rough-faced rock also adorn the facade, forming sashes and sills for first- and second-story windows. The main entrance on the north side of the facade is downsized and modern. The building shares a party wall with 130 N. Main Street to the north, which displays similar brick ornamentation.

According to the 1919 Sanborn map of Pardeeville, this building served as a bank. It was likely the Pardeeville State Bank, organized in 1901. Research did not yield additional information on the bank or the building’s role in the economic history of Pardeeville."
