NOTES
Additional Information:2016- "This two-story Queen Anne house was built c.1910. It is of frame construction, sheathed in clapboard, and rests on a rusticated concrete block foundation. The hip roof, covered in asphalt shingles, features multiple projecting gables with decorative diamond- and scallop-shaped wood shingles in the gable end of the side (north) elevation. Two flat-roof dormers with sliding windows are located on the side (south) elevation. Fenestration consists of a mixture of fixed and one-over-one, double-hung sash windows in original wood surrounds. Windows are paired in the gable ends and spaced evenly along the first story, and one window just south of the main entrance features an original leaded-glass transom. A one-story wraparound porch with dentilled cornice and classical columns stretches across the front (west) facade and north elevation while an additional one-story enclosed shed roof porch with a dentilled cornice extends from the east side of the north elevation. Other decorative features include a two-story box bay on the north elevation and a cutaway corner with scrollwork detail on the west facade. A c.1940 shed roof addition is located along the rear (east) elevation of the house."
