NOTES
Additional Information:This 3-story Craftsman duplex was constructed in 1923. It is rectangular in plan with clapboard and wood shingle siding and an asphalt-shingled front-gable roof with clipped gable ends and wide overhanging eaves. The front elevation faces east and is asymmetrical in plan with a full-width front porch. The porch is supported by squared brick piers at each corner and a tapered wooden pier at the center. Wooden front steps provide access to two front doors, one of which is accented by narrow, 1-over-1 sidelights. Also within the porch is a large picture window flanked by narrow, 1-over-1 windows. A wide-pitched gable parapet caps the porch while the roof behind is flat so as to serve as a walk-out balcony at the second story. The second-story balcony has a clapboard porch wall on three sides and is accessed via a door at the north side of the façade. A projecting bay to the south contains a picture window flanked by narrow 1-over-1 windows. Both of the upper two stories are clad in wood shingle. A bank of three 3-over-1 windows is located below the gable end.
