A Buick-Pontiac-GMC dealership named Richie Auto, Inc. occupied this building from at least 1965 until at least 1987 and possibly longer. No longer extant as of 2021. Resurveyed by UWM-CRM as a comparative property for another Art Moderne building in Barron County.
