NOTES
Additional Information:2017
This industrial complex consists of a c.1950, one-story, brick office and attached, two-story, concrete-block warehouse. The office has a side-gable roof and rectangular plan, and sits on a brick foundation. The roof is clad in asphalt shingles. Windows on the front (east) facade are fixed with multi-light side panels. Two entrances are also located on the facade; the south side is a wood door with a central window, and the north side is slightly recessed with glass block sidewalks.

The two-story warehouse has a barrel vaulted roof clad in asphalt shingles. A large garage door is centered on the front (north) facade. To the left (west) of the garage door is a replacement, fixed tripartite window covered by an awning. The west (side) elevation has a door at both the northernmost and southernmost ends. Also on the property are multiple, modern pole buildings which do not meet the survey criteria.
