Additional Information:This small, concrete block, astylistic utilitarian building was erected for Raymond Jenkins in 1948, probably for a restaurant. The exterior is clad with vertical boards. Hugo Fink's Café has occupied the building since at least 1985.

The Jenkins Building is a contributing element in the proposed Main Street Historic District.
