NAER INVENTORY (06/1979):
This building was originally used as the Rather and Schaeuble Tinsmith and Hardware Store. In 1905 Frank and George VanderHeiden assumed ownership of the structure and established a tinsmith, which produced milk cans for area dairymen.

Rectangular (28 x 50) plan, rubble limestone foundation, brick walls, ornamental brick work along frieze bead course.
