It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office. The church was demolished in August of 2014. POINTED ARCHED WINDOWS. SQUARE TOWER WITH MULTIPLE DORMERS AROUND STEEPLE. RAISED FOUNDATION. POLYCHROME BRICKWORK. AKA NORTH RUSH RIVER LUTHERAN CHURCH. THE CONTRACTOR WAS O. C. JUVIK OF MINNEAPOLIS AND THE STILL UNIDENTIFED ARCHITECT MAY HAVE BEEN FROM MINNESOTA. A large modern school wing has been added to the rear of the church. This wing, however, is connected to the church only by a small one-story hyphen. |
