Additional Information: | Built c.1920, this two-and-one-half-story house has a rectangular plan and exhibits modest Colonial Revival features. The house is clad in wood siding and rests on a concrete-block foundation. The side-gable roof is covered in asphalt shingles and features a shed-roof dormer with three, four-panel windows on the front (north) facade, two brick chimneys on the rear elevation, and rafter tails. The entry shed-roof portico is supported by simple columns on square bases. The portico is flanked by projecting bays with four original multi-light windows and topped by wood balustrade. The east corner of the front facade also has three pairs of casement windows. |
