NOTES
Additional Information:2018 - This c.1945, one-and-one-half-story Minimal Traditional house has a rectilinear form, poured concrete foundation, concrete block exterior, and asphalt-shingled side gable roof. The concrete blocks vary in color from pink to tan/beige, and appear to be composed of very small pieces of polished glass and rock. At the center of the façade is the front entrance, which is accessed by a concrete stoop with metal railings and sheltered by a gable canopy supported by knee braces. To the left (east) is a projecting gable bay with a replacement fixed window with a 5x4 window grill (fake muntins). Similar replacement windows of varying sizes are located elsewhere on the building, including a larger one with a 6x4 grill on the opposite side of the front entry as the projecting bay. Off of the west gable end is a one-story side gable addition mostly clad in wood siding. On the east side of the building is an integrated two-car garage with a gable roof. The gable end, above the garage door, is clad in vertical wood siding.
