2018 - Resurveyed, appearance unchanged

This one-story, brick, commercial vernacular building was constructed c.1905. It is one building within a row of similar adjoining commercial buildings along E. Oak Street. It features a bracketed cast iron cornice and decorative brickwork above a modern, redesigned storefront clad in artificial siding and brick that does not match what remains of the historic brick façade. The central recessed entrance is flanked on each side by two small fixed windows. On the west, side elevation is a large mural depicting the city’s history. The building historically was a general store , but appears to have been reconfigured into numerous office spaces.
