NOTES
Additional Information:2019 - This Ranch-style motel includes a series of buildings oriented around a semi-circular driveway. Characteristic of the Ranch style, each building is one story with a broad rectilinear footprint and overhanging side gable roof. The easternmost building appears to have been constructed c.1965 and is clad in vertical boards, while the two buildings to the west, which are vinyl-sided, appear to have been constructed between 1981 and 1992. Along the building facades are entrance doors to each motel room. Flanking each door are either pairs of eight-over-eight vinyl sash windows or single six-over-six vinyl sash windows. At the center of the motel buildings is an office. The one-story front-gabled building is clad in aluminum siding. The front walkway is sheltered by a long flat roof canopy. At the rear of the office is a two-story hipped roof addition with vertical board siding and vinyl sash windows. Other associated buildings include a detached garage. Within the front courtyard area is a swimming pool enclosed by a chain-link fence. The motel is not currently in operation.
