This structure is an outstanding example of Victorian CCB residences. It is in pristine condition and has retained its original form and design completely intact. Designed in the Italianate, it exhibits numerous details. Of note is the decorative barge board, cast iron cresting, window molds, and finely milled porch. No main building permit. |
