| Additional Information: | 2019 - This one-and-one-half-story residence has a rectangular plan and was constructed c.1950. The wood-frame house sits on a concrete foundation and has exterior walls clad in brick veneer on the first story and vinyl siding in the half-story. The side-gable roof has no eaves and is clad in asphalt shingles; a front-gable projection extends across the front (north) facade. A brick chimney is located at the northwest corner of the house. Fenestration consists of one-over-one, double-hung windows, a large fixed-frame picture window flanked by one-over-one windows on the north facade, and basement-level glass block windows on all elevations. The front (north) facade features a cutaway front porch accessed by concrete steps that leads to the front door. The small porch has a brick knee wall finished with a concrete cap. The east (side) elevation has two-over-two, double-hung windows and a first-story glass block window. Attached to the west elevation is a small gabled breezeway that leads to a side-gable, two-car garage clad with vinyl siding. |
