| Additional Information: | This 2-story Queen Anne house was constructed c.1895. It is irregular in plan with vinyl siding and an asphalt-shingled gable roof; the walls inside each gable are clad in fish-scale shingles. The front elevation faces east and is asymmetrical in plan with a 2-story, front-gabled bay projecting from the larger side-gabled mass. The bay contains engaged, squared columns at the corners and a hipped-roof bay window at the first story; the bay window contains decorative brackets under the eaves. A 1-story, enclosed, hipped-roof porch spans the width of the side-gabled mass south of the front-gabled bay. The porch has squared, wood column supports and is enclosed by bands of 1-over-1 windows. The base of the porch is constructed of brick and extends to a set of steps used to access the front door. A second porch is recessed north of the front-gabled bay and has also been enclosed by banks of 1-over-1 windows. |
