NOTES
Additional Information:2019 (Heritage Research, Ltd.) - A two-story, red brick Colonial Revival structure, the dominant feature of this hipped roof building is its symmetrical primary façade. The entrance is centered, flanked by sidelights and sheltered with a flared, hipped roof porch supported by squared, wooden posts. Flanking the entrance are large, symmetrically placed, window units comprised of a centered picture unit with twenty-five individual lights, to either side of which is a four-over-six-light, double-hung sash. Centered over the porch are three six-over-six-light second floor windows, beyond which at each corner of the building are twenty-light windows that are adjacent to and repeated on the north and south end walls. All windows have concrete sills and wooden surrounds and appear to be symmetrically placed. The individual lights appear to be defined by wooden muntins. A one story, brick addition was subsequently constructed on the south side of the house.

Developer James L. Callahan sold on 03 May 1944 this structure, which was built in 1943/1943, to Stuart H. Ingram, a salesman, and his wife Alberta R.
