NOTES
Additional Information:
Bibliographic References:Date of construction based on assessor's information. The Kalthoffs purchased the property in February 1945 (Book 291, page 584, Doc. #271453). They sold it to George and Josephine Genzler in 1952 and it was sold again in 1954 to Eugene & Helen Barz. Its possible (but unconfirmed) that the Kalthoffs built this house first and sold it after building a house next door. See Historical & Architectural Resources Survey, City of New Berlin, Waukesha County, Wisconsin prepared by tes | Historical Consulting, LLC, 2019 for district recommendation write-up.
