Bibliographic References:Assessor's information cites a 1950 date of construction but was most likely built one year prior based on date of purchase and date of mortgage. The Himes purchased the property in January 1947 (Book 431, page 305, doc. #297766). and took out a mortgage in April 1948. The Himes owned the house until selling to Charles and Marjorie Teeter in 1959.
