NOTES
Additional Information:The main gabled portion of the building was completed in 1928 and the congregation was simply known as the Church of God. In 1930, the Milwaukee Presbytery purchased the property and the building and a steeple and narthex was added; the same year that the Forest Park Presbyterian Church was established. In 1936, the basement was built. The congregation remained in the building until 1956, when they moved into their new church at 2300 S. Sunny Slope Road.
