Additional Information:2019: House: The house (#12333) is two story, Italianate in style, constructed of cream-colored brick and built ca. 1865. It sits on a stone foundation and features a low-pitched hipped roof clad in asphalt shingles. The main portion of the house is rectangular in plan with a side gabled addition to south side and west side of the house; the south side addition is constructed of brick while the west addition is clad in white painted clapboard siding. The house features segmental-arched window openings and original 2/2 windows though there is a large picture window on the east facing façade. A porch runs the length of the front façade of the south addition and features a secondary roof and turned spindle columns. The roof line features a simple cornice board with paired brackets. These same cornice boards and paired brackets are also found on the porch.

Gabled Dairy Barn with Gambrel Addition and Milk Houses: Across the road to the east is a gabled dairy barn (#240689) that features a stone foundation. The barn ca. 1890 is clad in board siding and is capped with a standing seam metal roof. Attached to the south side of the barn is a gambrel addition ca. 1910 that is constructed of stone walls on the west and east and concrete block on the south. The roof is clad in standing seam metal roofing. There are two milk houses attached to the main barn and the addition. Both are constructed of concrete block. The milk house on the north has a gabled end while the milk house on the south side features a pitched roof.

Gambrel Barn: A gambrel style roof barn ca. 1910 (#240690) is located across the road from the main house and north of the main barn and additions. The barn is comprised of vertical wooden boards and capped with a standing seam metal roof. Sliding doors are located on the south façade. There are windows on the north façade.

Outbuilding: A small side gabled structure ca. 1910 (#240691) sits adjacent to the house and is constructed of concrete block and capped with an asphalt roof. A wooden door is located on the south façade and a window is located on the east side.
