Additional Information: | This hipped-roof shed stands on the historic Mike Hensgen farmstead. While the house, this shed and another small outbuilding stand in Section 9, most of the farm buildings stand in Section 10. This concrete-block shed was built in 1930. It is set on the south side of the driveway between the house and barn. It has concrete block walls, concrete sills, metal-frame windows, and a single door in its north wall. Its hipped roof has asphalt shingles and a concrete block chimney. This shed is not individually eligible. The farmstead as a whole is also recommended not eligible for listing in the NRHP. |
