Additional Information: | This 1 ½ story bungalow was constructed c.1920. It is rectangular in plan with a concrete foundation, stucco walls, and a metal-clad hipped roof with large front-gabled dormers on three sides; all dormers are clad in clapboard and feature heavy eave returns. The front elevation faces south and is dominated by a recessed, full-width front porch with squared pier supports. The porch is accessed via a set of concrete steps with metal handrails at its eastern end. Inside the porch is a single door and a bank of windows consisting of a central picture window flanked by 1-over-1 windows. The front roof slope contains a central dormer with a central door flanked by smaller 1-over-1 windows; the door provides access to a small balcony recessed in the front roof slope; the balcony wall is clad in clapboard. |
