This ranch house was built around 1960. The house is F-shaped in plan, with a side-gabled roof with two projecting front-gabled sections. The central front gable contains the living room window, comprised of a central picture window flanked by casement lights. The front door recessed at the south edge of the central gable. The other front gabled section, at the north end of the elevation, contains the front-facing garage door. A set of double doors and two double hung windows with simulated lights are located between the garage and the living room bays, in the area typically functioning as a breezeway in a ranch house. Two additional one-over-one double hung windows are located in the south end of the elevation. The house has a tumbled brick half wall, board and batten cladding, and an asphalt roof.
