NOTES
Additional Information:September 2020:
The resource has agricultural fields to the west and south, and a wooded area to the north and east.

The resource includes a dwelling, garage, and three outbuildings. Historic aerial views from 1939 show that the resource used to be an extensive farmstead, yet currently, most of the historic outbuildings are no longer extant, having been razed prior to 1965 (USDA 1939; NETROnline 2020). The dwelling is a heavily modified circa 1940 one-and-a-half story vernacular structure with a gabled metal roof, vinyl siding, and a concrete masonry unit foundation. It has an exterior-end concrete masonry unit chimney and one-over-one and sliding vinyl windows. The dwelling features multiple gabled additions, including one that covers the original principal façade and forced the relocation of the entrance, but the original block originally appears to have been an upright-and-wing structure. To the west of the dwelling is a circa 1960 garage with a front-gabled metal roof and aluminum siding. Aerial views show three other structures, which could not be seen from the public right-of-way. One of these is a circa 1940 gabled outbuilding and two circa 1980–1990 gabled outbuildings.
