NOTES
Additional Information:September 2020:
The resource is surrounded by agricultural land, with a forested area to the west.

#242157 includes a dwelling, garage, shed, Quonset hut, silo, and equipment shed. A 1917 atlas shows Victor Sarazin as the owner of the parcel with a dwelling in the same location as the resource (Day and Forss 1917). The dwelling is a circa 1910 gable-front vernacular structure with a modern metal roof and straight-edge asbestos siding (Assessor Data 2020). It features one-over-one and sliding windows and a tripartite picture window. All windows are vinyl replacements. The entrance is accessed via a hipped roof porch on the south elevation. The dwelling has a pre-1939 gabled addition located on its north elevation (USDA 1939). It features the same materials as the main block, with the exception of the sliding vinyl window. The addition also has a shed-roof porch on its west elevation. To the north of the dwelling is a circa 1990 garage with a front-gabled metal roof and oriented strand board siding. To the north of the garage is a circa 1930 shed, circa 1940 Quonset hut, and circa 1960 silo. The shed has a Gothic, metal roof, horizontal-oriented siding, and is in poor condition. The roof ridge is capped with a galvanized metal cap with ball finial ends on either side. The Quonset hut has metal roof and siding, and a garage and personnel entrance on its south elevation. The silo is a circa 1960 cement stave silo with a domed metal roof. An equipment shed, the northernmost outbuilding, is a circa 1950 gable structure clad in corrugated metal siding and roofing. The structures are in poor to good condition.
