Additional Information: | The Utility Building (AHI# 242164) is a long, one-story, hip-roofed building finished with brick and built in 1926. The building is set on a concrete slab and displays the influence of the Mediterranean style in its barrel clay tiles and exposed rafter tails. The north end houses a small office, with a door on the east facade, and single, 6/1 sash windows. Two double and one single garage bays occupy the south end of the building, with garage doors opening on the south facade. The double garage doors are likely an alteration.
2024: In addition to the Wisconsin Consistory Home (Van Brunt Hall, AHI #12502, non-extant), a Spring House (AHI #12504), hospital (AHI #12503), and garage were constructed. |
