| Additional Information: | 2020: This one-story Ranch house was built c.1960. It is of frame construction, clad in a mixture of wide clapboard and stone veneer, and has a concrete-block foundation. Its irregular hip roof is covered in asphalt shingles and features a massive stone veneer chimney along the side (east) elevation. Fenestration consists of a mixture of fixed picture, multi-light double-hung sash, and replacement one-over-one vinyl windows; on the central portion of the front (south) facade the windows have stone veneer sills. The house is situated at an angle, oriented toward Portage Street. It is U-shaped with a large attached garage along Parr Street and a recessed patio located in the “U” on the rear (north) elevation. |
