| Additional Information: | Built circa 1885-1900, this two-and-one-half-story vernacular dwelling in a modified rectangular plan has a gable roof clad in asphalt shingles. The building’s windows and siding have been replaced with modern vinyl versions. The main entrance is via an enclosed one-story porch on the northern elevation, and a large one-story addition is attached to the building’s western elevation. There are several outbuildings associated with the property, all dating from the early to mid-20th century. These include a gambrel roof dairy barn with wood siding, a gambrel roof shed, an additional gambrel roof barn, and two concrete stave silos. |
