Additional Information: | Built circa 1890 to 1900, this is a two-and-one-half-story vernacular dwelling in a rectangular plan with a hipped roof with center gables and clad in asphalt shingles. The building’s windows and siding have been replaced with modern vinyl versions, and some of the windows have been boarded up. The main entrance is through an enclosed one-story porch on the southern elevation. There are several outbuildings associated with the property, all dating from the early to mid-20th century. These include a gambrel roof barn with dormers, a metal barn with gable roof, and two concrete stave silos. |
