Additional Information:Surveyed by UWM-CRM in August 2020 as part of proposed improvements to the Cable Union Airport. This property contains two Contemporary-style buildings. The bike shop (AHI #242832) was built around 1960. It is built into a hillside with a fully exposed basement story. The lower level is clad in stucco and has several large windows and an entry door. A deep pent roof is located across the top of the basement story. The upper level is clad in drop siding and contains several fixed and casement windows. The building has a standing seam metal roof. The house (AHI #242833) was built around 1970.The oldest part of the house is two stories in height, with a shed roof with exposed beams, and south-facing upper level clerestory windows. A hip roofed addition is located to the rear of the shed roofed portion. A large hipped porch roof wraps around three sides of the shed roofed portion. The house contains slider and fixed windows, is clad in board and batten, and has a standing seam metal roof.
