Additional Information:This Ranch office building was constructed circa 1975. It is a T-shaped building with an asymmetrical primary elevation that faces northeast. The low-slope side gabled roof is clad in asphalt shingles, with an at-grade foundation and brick veneer wall cladding. Two entrances are recessed beneath deeply overhanging eaves, with the eave between the two entrances cut away. Above the cut-out is a long shed-roof dormer with clerestory windows opening to the northeast. The windows have been filled in. Windows throughout the rest of the building consist of tall, narrow, single-pane aluminum sashes found singly and in pairs. Pairs of windows are grouped in slightly recessed bays with metal spandrel panels below and extending to the eaves above
