Additional Information:2021 - This property is a c.1945 Minimal Traditional house with a concrete foundation. It is clad in horizontal aluminum siding and has a side gable roof covered in asphalt shingles with shallow eaves and a front gable projection on the front (west) facade. A prominent tapered exterior brick chimney is located on the south side of the front facade. Fenestration includes original wood multi-light fixed, six-over-six double hung sash, and large multi-light picture windows on the front facade and side (south) elevation. A small shed roof overhang shelters a concrete stoop and original wood door on the front facade. A secondary entrance with a small concrete porch, iron supports, and shed roof is located on the side (north) elevation. A c.1960 detached two-car garage with a front gable roof, aluminum siding, and side addition is located to the north of the house.
