Additional Information:This 1-story Contemporary commercial building was constructed c.1980. It is rectangular in plan with clapboard walls and asphalt-shingled shed roofs at different heights. The front elevation faces west and is asymmetrical in plan with a recessed entry at the southern end of the façade. Three narrow round-arched openings in the façade screen the entry. A pair of single-pane windows with a large single-pane, round-arch transom is located at the north end of the façade. A small octagonal window is located at the center of the façade.
