Additional Information:This 1 ½ story Tudor Revival house was constructed c.1925. It is rectangular in plan with asbestos siding and a steeply-pitched, asphalt-shingled side-gabled roof. The front elevation faces east and is asymmetrical in composition with a projecting entry bay at the north end; the entry bay has a steeply-pitched, front-gabled roof and contains a central door with a small fanlight above. Immediately south of the entry bay is a steeply-pitched gablet containing a pair of 3-over-1 cottage windows. South of this is a smaller pair of 2-over-1 windows. A flat-roofed, 1-car garage projects from the west end of the south elevation.
