NOTES
Additional Information:This one-story minimal traditional hipped-roof house was built on the west side of Brux Road in 1959. The house has a prominent low-pitched roof with wide eaves and shutters flanking the windows, as well as some elements of typical of the ranch style. The façade is asymmetrical, divided into two bays. The southern bay has a large picture window; this front wall is recessed beneath the roofline, allowing for a covered concrete entry porch with brick pony wall. The outer edge of the roof is supported by a wrought iron post. The front door is set in the northern half of the house, but it is set in the side wall facing the porch. The façade of the northern bay has a small octagonal window and a wide sash window. The house is clad in wide aluminum/vinyl lap siding, has a concrete block foundation, and an asphalt shingle roof with small brick chimney. The detached frame garage was built in 2014, although its form indicates it may have been built earlier. It has small side windows and the pitch of its hipped roof matches that of the house.
