Additional Information: | 2021 - Rectangular in plan, this one-story house features a flat roof with wide overhanging eaves. The house is clad with both horizontal and vertical board siding. The primary façade faces west, with a south-of-center entryway flanked by two long inoperable shutters. South of the entrance is a large, bowed window bay containing six single-paned casement windows, while north of the entrance are two bays of two one-over-one double hung windows flanked by shutters. Windows are likely replacements of the originals. This house was one of the earliest non-agricultural residences constructed along this portion of the corridor, during a period of development beginning in the mid-20th century. It is distinguished from its neighbors by its deep setback on the property. |
