| Additional Information: | This 1-story Contemporary house was constructed c.1960. It is rectangular in plan with vinyl siding and a low-pitched asphalt-shingled front-gable roof with widely overhanging eaves. The front elevation faces northwest and is asymmetrical in composition with a bank of picture windows (shaped to match the roofline) along the northern half of the façade and a recessed porch along the southern half. Inside the porch (which utilizes the main roof with three metal support poles at the outside corner) is a single door and a sliding window. A flat-roofed, detached, 1-car garage is located south of the house. |
