NOTES
Additional Information:This 1-story Contemporary multi-unit assisted living facility was constructed c.1978 with a very large, irregularly-shaped addition to the rear elevation constructed c.2006. The building features brick walls with a low-pitched, asphalt-shingled hipped roof. The front elevation faces northwest and is asymmetrical in composition. A recessed mass at the north end of the façade contains an arcade of three round arches that support a recessed walkway. Identical arcades are located at intervals throughout the façade of the main building mass and serve to shelter primary entrances. Between these are banks of simulated multi-pane windows with faux fanlights above. The building serves as a senior living facility and was extended to the rear in about 2006, more than doubling its original footprint.
