NOTES
Additional Information:2021 - This Commercial Vernacular building was constructed circa 1930. The building features a Boomtown front with a front-gabled roof behind, a raised concrete block foundation, and is clad in panels of textured metal siding. The primary elevation faces east, with a recessed entrance in the center of the elevation at the top of a flight of concrete stairs. Display window areas flanking the entrance have been significantly altered, with paneling in the transom above and asbestos shingling below the fixed-pane vinyl windows on either side. A plain metal cornice above the transom area is topped by the stepped Boomtown front, clad in vertical ridged metal panels with a raised seam. Located at the corners of the primary elevation and extending above the roofline parapet are square posts with flat caps. The remainder of the building is clad in the same ridged metal siding as the Boomtown front.
