Additional Information: | This vernacular railroad station was constructed c.1910 and was relocated to the existing location in the late 1980s. The building is rectangular in plan with brick veneer along the raised foundation, vinyl siding, and an asphalt-shingled gable roof with widely overhanging eaves supported by triangular braces. The southeast elevation contains a central 1-over-1 window; below this, a 6-pane rectangular window is located in the raised basement wall. A projecting bay is located at the center of the northeast elevation; this contains a bank of three 1-over-1 windows. The building’s primary entrance is located in the northwest elevation (facing a paved parking area and driveway). |
